Products

We sell digital products: prompts, agent skills, templates and ebooks, delivered as downloads or duplication links through the stores listed on this site. Product pages describe what is included; sample outputs shown are from fictional sample data.

License

Your purchase licenses you to use the product in your own work, including paid client work. You may not resell, redistribute, share or give away the product files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product for sale.

No guaranteed outcomes

Our tools help you produce work from your own facts; they do not guarantee business results, sales, grades, approvals or any other outcome. You are responsible for checking outputs before you rely on them — our tools are built to flag uncertainty, not to remove it.

Refunds

If a file is broken or a product is materially not as described, contact us at hello (at) ei-chan.com with your receipt and we will fix it or refund it. Store-specific policies of the marketplace you bought from also apply.

Changes

We may update products; buyers of record can ask us for the current version of a product they own.
